Overview

The optical industry is ultra conservative and generally reluctant to spend money on IT. In addition, our research told us that established optical software providers wouldn't take kindly to a new kid on the block telling their customers that web-based systems are the way forward. We needed to get See 20/20 punching above its weight with some thought-provoking PR, advertising, targeted DM and exhibition stunts.
