Smooch, formerly The Jewellery Collection, approached Cognition for a new identity and website. The website was to act as a shop window for their range, and to generate enquiries and appointments.
Achievements
By changing the name of the company from The Jewellery Collection to Smooch, and developing a sleek, contemporary look and feel for the brand, we were able to give our client an immediate competitve edge over traditional bridal jewellery suppliers.
We used a series of targeted direct mail postcards to introduce the new brand and to drive traffic to the website. Websites visitors were then encouraged to make telephone enquiries or to book a home visit.
Within a year of our appointment, Smooch's profits had increased by 15%.
